In the case of the Institute of Social Accountability & another v National Assembly & 4 others, both the Institute of Social Accountability (as 1st Petitioner) and the Centre for Enhancing Democracy (as 2nd Petitioner) sued the National Assembly, the Senate, the Attorney-General and the Constituency Development Fund Board as the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Respondents respectively in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Petition No. 71 of 2013, the High Court has declared the Constituency Development Fund Act unconstitutional.
